Hi all,
I am having a hard time deciding amongst these 3 business schools.
I’d want to stay in Toronto because of the corporate presence but I’m somewhat open to the idea of going to Vancouver as well.

I’d be looking at consultant/marketing/retail roles post MBA. I am a non finance person which seems to be huge favorite at Rotman.

Any advise/experience would be highly appreciated. Thanks!!

Congrats on your admits! Is there a cost difference?
From what I know/see - Vancouver does not seem like a very strong job market - it does not seem to really have a strong industry or service and seems crazy expensive or at least everyone tries to scare me in Seattle about Vancouver real estate prices.

Hi ANZZ

Rotman for sure. you will get what you desire from rotman post mba. It will be easier to network with companies from rotman and also rotman's reputation will help you long way.

bb
Tuition cost at UBC is half of Schulich/Rotman.
Job market is my concern as well - in fact this discussion came up during interview as well and the interview agreed to it somewhat. However, she said that this is what makes their career service Centre more aggressive in their approach as well.

As for costs, Toronto seems to be catching up fast - Vancouver isn’t that far ahead anymore

one of my friends was there and she was impressed by how Rotman is growing and focusing on the learnings of students. She was FT MBA student there.
As a brand, Rotman has value in Canada and gets the benefit of location.
