I had a doubt - I have a total work ex of 4 years as of today. I have an upcoming project that will add a lot of weight to my profile but it starts only in September i.e. the date of submission for R1 apps. Will it be better to target R2 in that case?

My current profile is also strong but for the most part of it is straightforward, this new experience would add an edge to it for sure.

Please help me out with suggestions

I do not think this is the right topic.... Please stay on topic. It does not help to people who actually follow rules to see random questions posted by others who don't.
