Missing only two questions lead to reduce my verbal score by 10 points

Guys,

I took an official GMAT exam 5 and 6
for my exam 5, My verbal score in exam 5 was 37, below is my test analysis:

I have 27 questions correct and 9 incorrect

q1,q2,q3 --> correct
q4 --> incorrect
q5 --> incorrect
q6 --> incorrect
q7,q8,q9,q10,q11 -->correct
Then all questions are correct expect questions 12,20,21,24,29,31,and 36


For my exam 6, My verbal score in exam 6 was 27, below is my test analysis
I have 25 questions correct and 11 incorrect

q1,q2,q3,q4,q5,q6 --> correct
q7 --> incorerect
q8 --> correct
q9 --> incorrect
q10,q11,q12,q13,q14 correct.

Then all questions are correct expect questions 15,20,21,22,24,27,28,29, 33 and 36


Therefore, my question is missing extra 2 questions reduce my verbal score by 10 points?
