We are happy to announce the official MBA Spotlight Schedule with the final list of the Top 24 MBA Programs in the World. Mark your calendars not to miss these events and if you have not yet, make sure you have SIGNED UP for the MBA Spotlight MBA Fair - you don't want to miss it!

  • MBA AdCom Sessions:
    Each MBA Session will be Live on Video and will last for 45 minutes and will consist of a brief intro followed by live Q&A. At the end of each session, we will have a prize drawing for things such as admission fee waivers and GMAT Club tests. You must be present to win.

  • Zoom Q&A Breakouts with Adcom:
    Each Zoom Breakout session will be hosted by a school's admissions committee member to address a variety of topics and any questions you may have. This is a great chance to talk to the admissions committee one on one and network with them. The Zoom sessions will be on an invitation basis. Sign up for Zoom Breakouts.

  • Profile Q&A Sessions with Admissions Consultants:
    Each chat will be hosted but a team of admissions consultants who volunteered to address a variety of topics focusing on profile evaluations and any questions you may have. These chats will take place in the GMAT Club chatroom. At the end of each chat, we will have a prize drawing for free consulting services and GMAT Club tests. You must be present to win.

  • Student Panels:
    Each day will end with a student panel that will address a number of questions submitted during registration and followed by a live Q&A. Each student panel will be about an hour. This will be the final event for each day.

  • How to Join These Sessions?
    All of the MBA Sessions and Student Panels will be Live on our YouTube Channel The Zoom breakouts will be on an invitation basis. Sign up for Zoom Breakouts.

  • When will the Prizes be Awarded?
    GMAT Club, MBA Programs, and admissions consultants are all offering over $20,000 worth of prizes. We will be conducting a drawing for prizes at the end of every session. This means you have 30+ chances to win! Join a session, and at the beginning, middle, and close to the end, we will be sharing a special link where you can enter the drawing. But don't be late. You only have until the end of the sessions to enter the drawing.

We are adding chatrooms for profile evaluations on many days and hope to have at least 2 chatrooms staffed with admissions consultants providing profile evaluations :thumbsup:

Hi bb, Nikhil,

I just received an invite to one of the schools' Zoom breakout rooms to be held in the Week 1. Does that mean that I would not be considered for any of the other breakout rooms in the subsequent weeks for my other requested schools? I understand it's based on demand, but was curious to know.

And thanks a lot for organising this event. Very excited!

P.S. The add to calendar link seems to work well for me on iOS & MacOS. As of now they are individual calendar events for each day, but maybe in future editions we could look at making it into a subscribe-able RSS Calendar? That would allow the team to reschedule events if needed, and even update the descriptions with links and such.

Nope. That is not the case. We will consider you for all the sessions you have expressed interest in. We are sending out the invites on a weekly basis :)
