b) Your work experience is your strength. The narrative should involve your learnings and the impact that you wish to create. For weakness, we do not see anything in extra-curricular. Try including the same appropriately. Also, ensure quantifying wherever possible in your CV.
c) Yes, the story is good but as said it is too specific. We need to also think on the lines- Why this school?
d) We suggest sharing your CV with us so that we can plug in the gap between your goals and the virtue of the schools.
