Hi, and thanks for writing! Great to see that you have progressive work experience in two countries - admissions committees highly value international exposure. While your GPA is on the lower side, I'm hoping your solid GMAT, and your CFA Designation, will help offset it. In any case, you'll want to address your undergraduate performance in the application's optional essay in a way that shows ownership and responsibility, while highlighting any extenuating circumstances or hardships you faced.
Your career goals are logical given your background and experience - in Stern Essay 1, be sure to explain a.) the motivation behind your goals - what is the potential you see for infrastructure investment? and b.) how will you gain the skills/knowledge/experience you need for these goals at Stern?
I'm glad to see that you volunteer and are involved with sports - Stern and other top schools value extracurricular participation. Be sure to highlight some of these in the Pick 6 essay!
Hope these tips help - best of luck!
