I agree, seems too fast!
Kellogg interviews a large portion of their class (I think over 50% and potentially as many as 75%)

Yup! No need to be excited/disappointed at all. For those who aren’t familiar with the process, Kellogg doesn’t review your application package until your interview feedback is filed. In case they can’t match you with an interviewer, you may receive an "Interview Waiver" - in which case you "may" be invited to interview after they review your application. Please correct me if I’m wrong anywhere.

I read some people received interview invites. Where do they send these ? (Keep refreshing the status page or will we get emails?)
I'm assuming they'll be available after turning in the video essays ?

how to download unofficial report for those who gave GMAT online ?

Also, I sent the score to Kellogg about a week ago, it still says awaiting official score. Do i need to reach out to adcoms?

Don’t worry about it. It takes a while to update. Anyway, they just need the unofficial score right now.

Do you read basic points during video essays by opening a word document on the side or did you learn and then talk without any reference?

1. Introduce yourself to the admission committee
2. What are your plans for the future and why is Kellogg the right program for you
3. 2020 has been an unprecedented year, tell us about a challenge you faced and how did you handle it.
