One more question, can you recommend any other programs? I have 17 years of experience but I can’t do an EMBA in the States because I don’t have a work visa.

Hi green321 --
Sorry to hear you didn't have good luck the first two times around. Did you try getting feedback from any of the schools? It might not hurt to ask. We have seen 3x reapplicants be successful, though with that challenge in mind, plus you being a less typical MBA candidate due to your advanced work level, I agree that you need to broaden your reach of programs. Perhaps look at entrepreneurship-focused programs like Wash U Olin, Babson, Rice. There are other schools with 1-year programs too -- Duke, Emory, USC -- and other tech focused programs -- Cornell Tech, Kellogg MBAi. There are not a lot of programs like Sloan Fellows, other than Stanford MSX but that can be even harder, and EMBAs which as you pointed out are structured differently. But those would typically be the right program for your work level and career stage, so I can see why schools may have a hard time fitting your profile in.
Good luck!
Kate
