Hi all, I have only a month before round 2 deadlines, does it make sense to drop Stanford instead of Harvard just because it’s the most competitive school? One good application is better than 2 average no?

I wouldn’t say it makes sense to drop Stanford because it’s the most competitive. But to your question — yes, one ”good” application is better than two average applications.

Hi, unfortunately I would recommend HBS in this case; the GSB application is sooo long if you do a proper job of it and the acceptance rate is brutal. HBS is much shorter; you might even be able to do another app ie MIT is on Jan 19 and it's pretty short. prepgmat95

Nothing here. If it follows same pattern as previous years should some people hear tuesday or wednesday?

My productivity today has been a flat 0.

I don’t think I’ll be able to fall asleep from all the stress. ;-;

last year the first livewire entry came at 12pm EST so we should start hearing from them soon! lol - can’t wait for this wait to be over

Will the news/calls come from AOs or the alums we interviewed with?

It seems like 99% of the calls come from someone on the admissions committee. At least that's what I see on the decisionwire from last year.
