I am looking for some feedback on my profil

Background:
29F, French
GMAT 770 (Q50 V45 IR8 AWA6)

Education:
undergraduate at top 3 French school (GPA to be derived, from B to A+)
MSc at Sorbonne University (GPA from 3 to 3.7)
Business courses at INSEAD
=> of note, I was working part-time during my studies since I come from very low-income background and I was financially supporting my little brothers and sister

Work Experience:
2.5 years as data analyst at a mid-size pharmaceutical company
2.5 years as team leader of data scientists at the same company (set-up the team and department myself for the past 2 years, got two successive promotions with each a rise of +20% in salary)
=> I have worked only in France but the projects I work on are at international level
=> I will have great recommendations from my former boss and a colleague of mine

Extra Curriculars:
Set up a website to provide advice to people on auto-development
Currently launching a data&IA club in my alumni network (is it weak if I started this activity only a few weeks ago?)
Practice quad roller, horse riding, snowboarding, and motorcycling
=> all these activites are quite recent (2years max) since I was mainly focused on providing help to my family when I started my career

Post MBA Goal:
Short term: Probably join or launch an health tech startup or transition to corporate strategy roles in healthtech, I will have to make up my mind
Long term: I aim at having an impact on health care in low-income populations

Unfortunately, HBS is unlikely to be in the cards for you. Despite your excellent extracurricular activities, your age and GMAT, especially for a male Indian candidate, is going to be too high of a hurdle.

If you are able to retake the exam and score a 730+ you should be in a better position for HBS, though it will still be a tall order. I am concerned that your profile, as is, will make it tough to even get an interview.

I don't mean to be harsh but I don't want you to spend time on one of the hardest programs to get into when you can consider others that are more attainable.
