You can certainly ask DeGroote to expedite your decision but I doubt they will. Most of these schools have their own timelines for a reason and are very unlikely to adjust them to meet the desires of their candidates. If you want to be considered, they're probably going to tell you to wait just like everyone else in the applicant pool.

We are not saying this will happen, but it's possible that even asking could affect your application negatively.
