It was extremely conversational. I had my interview with an Adcom member though. Do try to make the discussions personable and share stories that will help connect with them. My Adcom was a big coffee buff and we connected on coffee and Charlottesville.

Hi ,
Have my interview today ...and in the email invitation there is no zoom link..it only says you will find here...bt there is no link or portal??
Anyone faced this or they will share the email with link just before the interview starts??
Pls advise...

Have it with Admission director

The email invitation doesn’t. You need to look for the email you had received when you had scheduled your meeting. That has the link.

The issue is resolved...
The link was not working due to me trying to access it from the work laptop...its all good now😅

anyone have any idea on how they decide where you’re interviewed by a second year student or an AdComm member?

Think it’s random, tbh. But most invites in R2 would be with the Adcom, since its recruiting season for finals. Anyone else can weigh in?

Mine was with a student. It went fine, but I feel like it could’ve gone better with an adcom

Yesz i do too think that its a random process.
Also i believe they do follow the complete blind type interview and stick to this clean slate option for the candidate.
In anycase adcom or alum or current student...the fact remains the same - blind interview.
