690 - Q42/V42
White female
Will be applying as a direct promote, highly rated consultant from Bain (3.5 years experience), leadership at the firm, 3.8 undergrad GPA

Interested primarily in Kellogg, Wharton, Both

With only this information (though it's helpful), I would say these three programs are possibilities but definitely reaches. The 690 on the GMAT is a concern since you're coming from Bain. The expectation is at least a 700, if not really a 730+. Would you consider retaking the exam? If you can bump it up by 10+ points, I would feel a lot more comfortable with your chances.

Good profile. Though GMAT score is a bit on lower side. I would suggest that you retake GMAT by Aug 15, 2022 and then apply. You have enough time to give a second attempt. A GMAT score of around 740+ would be good one and may give you better odds at converting your dream colleges.

Otherwise, you can improve upon your profile by doing what you love most apart from work like helping the needy etc or do some great work in your chosen field by joining a NGO etc. If you can provide documentation that would again be great.
