Because you were not able to start your test, you should be able to get a free retest or a refund. Just reach out their customer support team.

I have lost all confidence on EA Online right now...Totally a mess.

And what disappoints me the most is that GMAC customer care needs 2 business days to reply every email, no matter how urgent your case is.

GMAC sucks.

Same things happened again...

I have got the refund and re-attempt the EA Online again. I have tested the system with no issues before the appointment time.

Yet when I actually take the exam, it still lagged for a long time...Before I take the 1st IR question, it ate my time for at least 5 minutes.

And every questions I need to wait for 30 seconds to 1 minutes for it to process. It makes me having 3+ questions for both IR and Verbal sections unanswered (so totally I missed 6 questions due to the system quality).

Given the result is not yet released, I expect the IR and V scores would be very bad.

What's the worst thing is that, GMAC have given me very slow response, they only replied the email once a 2 day period or so.
