How much does the interviews factor into admission decisions?

I guess it would have roughly a 20 percent weightage. But I could never understand how they ensure uniformity in Alumni interviews.

Hi Guys. This is my profile. I am applying for round 2.

Background and nationality : Indian male age 21
Undergrad Information : Mechanical engineering from Top 7 IIT GPA:8.83
GMAT/GRE : Gmat 720
Work experience and leadership : Business Analyst at BIG4 consulting for the last 8 months.
Community and others :
Been part of NSO and NSS at my college. Inter IIT Badminton. Racing club lead for 2 years. Another club core lead. College event organizing team. Volunteered for many impact
day events at Big4 and college. Leading 2 firm initiatives.
Post Master goals : Finance or Consulting(Priority)

What are my chances. Any suggestions.

I did. Question: Do you get to know your interview decision on the said date only or it can happen earlier as well?

Good luck! I am pretty sure that it is a "by" date, so it will come at maximum on the given date.

I have a doubt regarding the english language requirements

My bachelors was taught entirely in english and i have a document from the university that says just that

but there was no place to upload the document in the application portal

I did gove toefl and scored 108/120 but didnt send the score thinking the medium of instruction documents would be enough

I sent my toefl score on jan 9 but im not sure when it reached lbs

Any clue what i can do?
