Yep - had mine recently!
How did it go? Any surprising questions?
It was great - probably the best interview I've had thus far. Interviewer was an alum that left in 2013. He was engaged and asked good but tough questions. He also pushed me when he felt my answer for one of the questions wasn't quite there which was good!
To be honest I'm not great at remembering interview questions which is why I haven't really submitted debriefs. Sorry guys
But the basis of the conversation revolved around leadership, specifically the different behaviours and rationales that I "exhibited" as a leader. One question that did throw me off a bit was something like:
"Give me an example of a time that you've led without force" (or something to that effect!)
I actually asked him to clarify what he meant by force - I felt that it could be interpreted in a few different ways, but he pushed back and said that the question was open for a reason!
All in all, as with any interview just be ready to explain why you want to go to business school, why this business school in particular, and why an MBA is right for you at this moment in time (as opposed to just continuing with your career). Remember that it's also a two way street - what can you offer them/the class! If I remember any more questions I'll put them here.
