Hi GMAT Club Members,
I recently gave my GMAT online exam last week and got a score that was almost what I was aiming for (730+). The next day after the exam I received a mail that my exam is under administrative review. During my exam the GMAC secure browser had shown errors twice and the proctor told me to restart my laptop to start my exam again. I restarted my laptop a total of 2 times during my exam, each time at the orders of the proctor. She paused the exam every-time I would restart the laptop. The first restart happened after my verbal section finished. After the verbal section finished, the software showed error saying something like "The software is trying to show a wrong question." After the first restart, the software landed on the last question of verbal even though I had finished my verbal section already, though the question was different this time. And after I marked the answer for the final verbal question again, the software took me straight to the quant section and I was not able to take any break. The second restart happened during IR section, when the screen just froze, and the proctor told me to restart the computer again. Now after reading the posts of other members on this forum, I am really worried that GMAC can even cancel my score. This is a very hard earned score and I had worked for it tirelessly for the past 3 months. I would request anyone in the forum to please share any similar experience that they might've had, because I am so confused right now.
P.S. I am really stressing out right now because apparently these decisions can take over a month's time.
