Hello Folks,

Just saw the new updates regarding GMAT focus on the GMAC website.

The R-2 deadline for the colleges(mainly ISB) I am targeting is generally December 1st week.
According to the notification, the new GMAT format should roll out in Q4-2023 and in that case I would totally want to consider writing the GMAT FOCUS EDITION( I am good at Quants, and this edition seems to give a bit more weightage to quants).
I am currently using TTP for my preparations.

Do you think that would be a good idea, will the exam in the Focus edition get harder? and how should I continue my preparations in that case?

Hi yaygmat

The recent announcement by GMAC regarding a major revamp in the current GMAT format, i.e., the launch of GMAT Focus Edition (coming later this year around Q4), has created a stir of confusion for many. This is why we are conducting a live webinar tomorrow at 8pm IST which may prove helpful. In this session, Piyush Beriwala (Co-founder|GMATWhiz) will share his take on the GMAT Focus Edition, what it means for test-takers, and whether you should wait for the new edition to release or continue with your prep as it is and take the test in current GMAT format and a lot more. You can tune in live to get answers to your queries:
