Hi all,
I am Pradeep and pretty new to this forum. (which effectively means In case I am breaking any rules, plz do keep me informed.
).
Lets discuss more about the following job descriptions.
Business Development/Product Management/Corporate Strategy
Obviously they are different from each other.
Majority of us I think can relate to most of this.
"I am not the creative types who enjoys working with ads and advertisements. Nor am I a gung ho people person who would enjoy Selling stuff always. I am more of an analytical person and I enjoy that. However at the same time I enjoy client interactions to a moderate extent. I would have loved Management consulting as a career had it not been for the crazy travel."
For such people i think a career in Business Development/Product Management/Corporate Strategy may fit. I would like to discuss and debate more on this.
(I am not sure whether Brand Management is same as Product Management. I hope its not!
)
Lets discuss on careers in these 3 roles, their "a day in the life of.."
, what are the various industries offering such roles, career growth in such roles, compensation, no. of hours per week and whole lot of other factors.
Cheers,
Pradeep
