That's good, a lot of Caddyshack fans couldn't come up with that. My other dog is named Porterhouse.

Oh wow.. why did the Audi get rid of the twin turbo engine??? that must be awesome!

I believe there were reliability issues with the turbos. I remember reading about alot of people having to replace them right around 100k miles. Most of them went to bigger K04 turbos, so I think alot of people didn't mind. With ECU, exhaust, and bigger turbos (and usually) larger injectors, people were hitting over 450hp. In a pretty nondescript car too. I love sleeper sedans.

I haven't gotten to drive one of the V8 S4s. I would sure like to.

You guys have been pretty creative with your user-names. My reasoning was simple .. Neo is my nickname. But since "Neo" user-name was already taken, I just added an "m", as in, "I am Neo". That's why the small "m" in "mNeo".

Pretty dumb, I know. :)
As for the avatar, it's just a standard Linux Penguin.

Well, mine's pretty self-explanatory, I think. When I started this whole process, I found the GMAT very daunting, so in a fit of self-pity, I came up with my current moniker. I do have hope that my personal playing field is leveling out a bit, though...

My second guess was going to be from palloy (or however you spell it), as in Spaulding's "Ahoy palloy"

for me, it's where I live (Time Square) and my background/nationality - Desi = indian. ;]

(even though I was born and raised here in the US)

I fell in love with Darden business school last year. As any other stupid girl would, I created my nickname with my love in mind. This year I found someone better (Tuck, Ross) but my nickname remained the same for the good old times sake.
The 2010 part is the year I will be graduating from Tuck or Ross :)

naturallight = Natural Light, my favorite beer in college. Lots of folks call it "Natty Light" as well.

Re: etymology of your user name.... [#permalink]
and... I am the one with no creativity in user names...

its my first name.. nothing more to say to that.

but nobody calls me by it since that name has been truncated ever since I grew up in Japan... the Japanese folks would have fits by the time they pronounced the end syllable of my name..

it sounded more like poop than roop..

i seriously wanted to change my name to something japanese like ken or ryoshi..

that would be hilarious.. my dad threatened to disown me while my mom did an indian housewife drama + major invoking to the gods..

so I use my first name on all forums..sad!!!

No - hence my nick is just bsd_lover (not freebsd_lover). I just like the freebsd daemon avatar ;)

The "Emory" comes from the school I wanted to get into. The "Hopeful" comes from the school I was hopeful to get into. Talk about creative!
