Interview?

I visited the campus in the first week of November and my interview was more laid-back than the one I had at Tuck. It didn't feel rushed and the person who interviewed me was really interested in knowing me and my background. There was a great deal of emphasis on the International character of the school. But unlike Tuck, I didn't get to meet any ad-com members.

As for the campus, it was way too crowded since the car-barn had both the business school and the school of public policy. Hopefully things will get better when they complete construction of the new building.

Overall I had a positive experience about the school.

Sounds good. I visited the campus early this fall and really enjoyed it. I'm applying for R2, so I have alot of time after my other R2 apps go in to finish gtown.

This gtown thread is woefully unattended! Time to get it going. 8-) R2 just came and went, and I'm wondering who applied, who got in, interviews, etc.

I'm going to start keeping track, welcome you to join by posting username-gmat score/gpa/WE/ethnicity-STATUS.

Any more??

Any RD2 folks heard anything regarding interviews?

Georgetown seems to be working on a rather condensed timeline, i would think they'd need to start sending out interview invites to those of us who didn't interview prior to finishing the application sooner then later...

The e-mail I got when I submitted my app said to wait 4 weeks before inquiring about missing materials. So I doubt many interview invites will be released before then.

EDIT: I have not checked my online status since I submitted until just now. Looks like everything has been received.

Any part-timers here (or is this only for full-timers?)?
Any R1 (Jan. 18th) PT apps?
Any Interviews yet? Not for me...yet. According to their information session, if Gtown doesn't ask you for an interview, you're not in.

Thanks. Yeah, I forgot to include the pertinent information: I'm a part-time applicant and have applied for the first round deadline, which was 1/18/08.
