I wonder if have 2-3 years of work experience and 1 year as GM at my own company... can i do an EMBA program?

Just look at the class profile for EMBA, it should point you in the right direction.

It depends on the school. Wharton has a Fellows program for people who are < 30 yrs but have full sponsorship from the company. If its your own company, I am not sure. Talk to the admissions officer and they will let you know.

i applied to the wharton school emba west and had my interview last week. i wrote about it in the part time forum in here. they normally don't send out notifications until around april 15. i don't know of anyone who has heard back from them (admit or ding).
