What I wanted to know was that your chance for full-time would be higher if you continue to get an offer and then politely reject or you reject when HR calls you and you did not have a chance to talk with anyone?

I think the background is that most schools see that as being in bad spirit - by getting the offer you are going to decline you are not only wasting their time, but also may take an offer away from someone else at the school for whom it is first choice.

I can't see how interviewing and then dinging them (as if to say something better came up) can be in any way better than telling them you have already accepted an offer (they were a bit too slow).
