Help me decipher what this means?

In response to my query on how important is school visit to application process, I got following response from LBS:
"Should you wish to visit the School and talk to a member of the admissions team, drop-in sessions run every Monday and Friday afternoon at 15.00 (except for school closures). There is no need to register in advance for a drop-in session, just come to the MBA Programme Office at 14.50. These sessions are informal. There is no presentation, just an opportunity to ask questions.
School visits are important in a sense that they demonstrate candidate’s efforts and willingness to know more about a programme. However, we understand that they are not convenient for everyone, so we organise Information Events at various places around the world. Attending one of our global information sessions or visiting our stall at a fair is also a very good way of finding out more about London Business School 's Masters Programmes. "
Does this means that school visit is also factored in while taking admission decisions?
Does LBS keeps track of who all visited their stall?
I am afraid that I dont have the time to visit these fairs in Chicago because all these are falling on dates when I have prior commitments. So I have to fly to NY or DC just to attend one of these fairs. This will be an unnecessary trip for me.
Any suggestions. How other people are handling this?
thanks
