I think you have a pretty good chance at alot of the schools up there, and I would realistically try to whittle it down to no more than 6 schools. Essays take a long time, and you would probably be better off being more focused. Maybe apply to 2 schools in top 5, 3 schools in top 20, and a safety school. I think Georgetown would be a nice safety. Whereas Duke and Berkeley are more target schools; and HBS as a reach.
I think you have a shot at all of them. Being hispanic should help out your cause, and your lower grades are pretty old...upward trend helps. GMAT and work experience is solid.
Try to focus on being a good "fit" for the program. If you can tie your past experience in with the schools culture and programs, you'll do well.
