You have Q49 as your previous score, so you are up there in the 90th percentile (50 and 51 are very rare). I'd say give it a shot if it is realistic to finish it well.

I am not sure what you mean by this. I was born in 1990. I finished high school when i was 16. and i will turn 20 this april. Yes, i am one year younger, but that is because i did not my 1st year of KG.

I am afraid i wont get into LSE because of my low quants score. that is why i am apllying to HEC as well. otherwise i was never planning to apply to HEC

I am Indian with Bachelors In Management Studies with specialization in Finance,percentage : 69%
Mumbai University
I have 18 months work-ex in finance Industry.
My gmat score 660 ( q-50,v-28)

What are my chances at LSE Ms in finance considering my high quant score ?
