Ok. Here is a screenshot. So, after you've done, you just tap to grade as "right" and double-tap to grade as "wrong".
In other words, You see gray "grade it" sign and as you tap at the sign, it will change to "right - wrong - grate it -right -wrong-...."

I feel that I need to increase height of each row... What do you think? Is it what you are looking for? :)

Perfect. That is exactly what I was looking for. I am sure you will include the sort functionality as well. I like the % success rate as well. Thanks a lot, for the support. Much appreciated. I will wait for the new version.

I am waiting for Apple to approve the app. They haven't approved it yet :( They are testing my patience!

Dear walker, I would like to commend you on such a great work .

I am currently using the "Awesome Error Log" and was wondering if there is (or would be) a way to match the information emailed from the Toolkit to the columns in the ErrorLog? I mean I would like to have the option to include more details such as Time (in Sec), Area and sub-area, and the official Answer when I email my answers.

Thanks

Hi Bodosar,

Great suggestion. I've added more information that it's possible to email from the app. Is it what you ask?

--------- Example---------
Diagnostic Test

1. 00:03 C wrong OA:A Tags:Arithmetic; Interpretation; Medium;
2. 00:04 B wrong OA:D Tags:Statistics; Easy;
3. 00:03 E right OA:E Tags:Arithmetic; Sequences; Medium;
4. 00:03 D wrong OA:B Tags:Probability; Medium;
5. 00:03 A wrong OA:B Tags:Geometry; Hard;

Not sure why Apple is taking so long to approve the app. It has been more than a week. Damn!

Great! thats what I wanted :)

To get a little bit greedy, would it be possible to email it in table format for easier data manipulation? or better yet, do you have any plans to incorporate the ErrorLog in the App itself?

Another suggestion (although It may sound like a dumb one) is to shape the navigation buttons that takes you back to previous screen like an arrow. Similar to what you would see on the top left corner of your screen if you go to your IPhone's Settings> Sounds. It would make it more intuitive IMHO.

Thanks

Bodosar, thanks

Can you explain a little bit what exactly you need?

1) I saved email into txt file and then opened in MS Excel in table format. So, I don't see any problem with that or do you meed to import into xls format? Apple is pretty closed platform and doesn't allow attachments. By the way, the app is a errorlog and save your answers and time.

2) But what's wrong with top-left buttons now? They play the same function. Let's say you open the Book and you see "Main" button and if you go to any specific book, you will see "Books" at top-left corner to return to previous screen. Or do I miss something?

Re: GMAT ToolKit: iPhone/iPod/iPad/Android application [#permalink]
Dear walker,

1) Yes I can open it with excel. However, information such as "2. 00:37 C right" will be in one cell and not in separate columns. That's why I asked if it can be emailed in table format. As for the ErrorLog in the App, I meant to have statistics similar to the Quant and Verbal stat tabs in the "Awesome Error Log."

2) This is not major issue. I just thought it would be more intuitive. I guess it is just me :)

One thing that I would like to see also is to highlight the time of any question that I took more than two minutes in answering in gray. Similar to highlighting the word "wrong" in red. In addition, what do you think about showing the correct answer choice next to the word "wrong"?

Sorry for not being clear in my previous post, hopefully this will be :)

Thanks

Great ideas!

Although I can't add xls export now, but I will add >2min highlight and OA in next updates. I will post screenshots as these features will be ready.

Thanks! If you have any other ideas, please pm me or post here.

Can you make it so that it is CVS or Tab delimited format in the email?
(not sure how easy/hard it is)
