One of the best and honest debrief I have ever read.

Thanks a lot for motivating me with your comments. The breakup target score is very essential and I m working on it to improve my verbal score close to 40. Its very important to score best in your strong and above average in poor area.

Gmat study is very difficult if we lose concentration ( because of work, stress, relationships). Make sure you guys do not get distracted. I have been going through similar situation and trying to recover asap.

You are absolutely right dude, the prep is difficult. Hope you get ur target score and good luck for the 51 on Quant, i sincerely hope you get that, i really wanted it but during the test i purposely gave up just to save my self for verbal, cause problems really got insane. You have no idea what all the GMAT can throw at you including data sufficiency problems where popullation and GDP ran into TRILLIONS!!! :)

so did you take a date yet???

Nopes I have not booked the date yet. I think its good idea to book the date and then work on the preparation. I will book soon. IIM CAT is also approaching, I should give Gmat before any other Indian exam.

Which schools are you targeting?
Please spare a minute and review the test center here:

Yes you should be comfortable, but IMO once youve attained a certain level of prep then a deadlines helps to give one final push to get to the target.

I am planning to apply to Ross and Duke(Reapps), Tuck and thinking on applying to ISB and Oxford(not sure abt the 1 yr MBA ones for now)
