It's been more that a year between my tests, but I didn't study all that time - I've studied about 3-4 months.

Sign up for https://www.deltacourse.com - very helpful and do a lot of computerized test - I recommend 800score.com

Know you weak spots and work on them. You said you've been studing hard, but in GMAT along with studing hard you have to study smart. What I mean by that is have a plan.

Good luck

Don't feel too bad. It happens to quite a few of us the first time. Definitely focus on your weak areas. Since you've already done Kaplan and the OG, pick up the PR book - it's very good for overall strategy and especially good for verbal. Did you do all of the questions in the OG? If not, great - keep at them after you learn some more strategy stuff.

The PR book has 4 practice tests on the CD, with a link to tests on their site. Powerprep has 2 tests - download that from mba.com. There are also lots of practice questions uploaded to the GMATTutor group on Yahoo Groups, and most of what that group is about is specific problem solving. Very helpful.

So try again and you'll do better!
