I have the pad from my MGMAT package and it was identical to the one I received on test day. I practiced with it a few times but gave up because I found that I was running out of room (I've since optimized my space usage). Also, I found it tedious and painful to clean in between math & verbal sections during practice CATs.

I now just use a grid writing pad and a regular pen.
