No email or status update for me, even though I did my interview last Sunday. I'm not worried about it, I know I submitted everything the night prior to the deadline so my guess is they're just wading through a few thousand apps.

I've heard mixed word on rolling admissions--some people say yes, my interviewer seemed to think no.

Emont - Looking at last year's thread, they began releasing decisions (admit/ding) on Mar. 8. The deadline for a decision was Mar. 29. If they use the same pattern as last year we can expect decisions to begin trickling out on Mar 7.

Hello,

Does anyone know how hard it is to get parking at Kellogg? So even with the parking pass from admissions, will it be only for a couple of hours? Are there any other options?

Thanks!

When I visited in November, it was pretty easy. I parked on a street, walked to admissions to get a pass that was good for all day, then parked next to the red line stop and walked in. Just make sure you allow yourself 30 minutes or so to do it. You may be able to find street parking, but most of it seemed to be reserved for residents.

There are a few public lots downtown where you can park that are a 15 minute walk to campus. If you are staying in a hotel its easier to just walk. Even if you are staying downtown you would be better riding the train up and going it on foot. There are also tons of taxis around if the weather sucks and you dont want to walk in a suit or something.

Same status here - nothing after the interview waiver on 17th Dec. In fact, my status on the online portal has not changed to reflect receipt of Part 2 of application. It still says says that they have received my Part 1 and that the next update will confirm that they have received Part 2 . This makes me believe that their operations / processing team has not even gone through Part 2 to confirm that everything is in order, leave alone review of the application by the ADCOM. I submitted my part 2 way back on 2nd Nov!

had my interview last week with the alum. i had to go to his office, so was in a suit and tie. i think it went fine. pretty straightforward questions and i had prepared from the clear admit questions. he made detailed notes and we generally had a good discussion. All questions were covered in some way in the clear admit besides a couple of very tailored questions from my resume/ background. Hearing his experience got me all the more excited about Kellogg! keeping my fingers crossed now... hope to hear positive news soon!

Had my interview last friday and went very well. I was under the impression that admissions emails went out all together at the end of march. Is that not the case? Do they go out before that as they decide?

Thanks!

According to reports from a few posts back:

"R1 information (12-20-10 notification deadline with acceptances sent out starting 12-6-10, dings starting the week after, and W/L on 12-16-10)"

So it looks like they don't wait til the deadline to start making announcements.

Still waiting for interview/waiver (outside Chicago). Makes me wonder if I should have just scheduled an on-campus one. :?
Anyone in same situation?
