If you take it the second time, it will inflate the score a bit but not much. Perhaps 50 points at most but maybe even will be an accurate one. Only when you take it the third time does it actually inflate it quite a bit and makes it completely unreliable.

However, I would not rely on that as a way to measure your performance, just to practice with official questions. Instead use a MGMAT, Kaplan, Knewton, Veritas tests.
