Question about work experience in application

In the online application, one of the sections relates to work experience. Since college I have 4.5 years of full-time work experience at a Big Four public accounting firm. I also had two internships while in college, one at the firm I currently work for and another at a different Big Four firm. Should I include this work experience in the application? The reason I ask is because the university has questions in there for each job such as
-responsibilities
-key accomplishments
-Most significant challenges
Each one of these is asking for up to 200 words. To be honest, as an intern, you hardly have any responsibility and the your tasks are menial. It would be difficult for me to write much or anything in these sections. Is it important that I include this work experience in the application? Or could I use only my full-time work experience and not include my internships?
