However i am now working as a student-employee at a startup company in my university while doing my Msc. for 8 months now and will be working until i graduate this summer (i completed my courses so i will be doing this for full time. the project we are doing will also be my thesis hopefully)

3) istanbul tech uni. (one of the most reputable in my country) electronics eng. 3.32 GPA. 2010(-i ranked around 10th or something among 90-100 graduates)
i was an exchange student in Germany Tech. Uni Braunschweig for 6 months (only passed one course)
Bogazici uni (also another highly reputaded school) masters biomedical eng. 3.91 GPA (will graduate 2012 summer)
4) cant say anything highly impressible. simple uni. club memberships (dance, music, international student network)
i play drums, dance (tango-salsa), windsurf, kitesurf (each at above amateur level). now i think these are more like hobbies. so a quick question what can i do to improve myself?
5) don't even know what these are
6) Full time MBA, definitaly in CA area, my targets are SDSU, UCSD (plus your recommendations)
7) Want to work in a biomedical company, engineering managment positions, (i heard that biomedical firms are mainly located around san diego CA .correct me if im wrong)
i am 23 years old. i am aware that i lack of work experience. however i know that there are people attended some programs with even less exp. (directly after undergrad). so i am keeping it real (no stanford or harvard =) a)
UCSD does seem to have strong recruiting in Biotech/Healthcare but SDSU's placement in this sector seems pretty low. While UCSD does seem to accept a good number of applicants with short work experience, my biggest concern is that you may have trouble finding a job in the US following graduation, so I highly recommend speaking with recent graduates who are also non-US citizens (the admissions office should be able to put you in touch with some) to hear about their recruiting challenges and successes.
