Oh if anyone is interested, I submitted my application on Oct 10. I really doubt there is any correlation with submit time and interview invites, I think adcom member just works through the stack they are given.

With all the invites I am seeing on this forum, I am wondering if and when I will be seeing an invite in my inbox. Getting nervous as there are only a few more business days left before Nov 9th.

Did anyone who received an invite receive their invitation with a time stamp later than around 9am Chicago time?

Seems to me that all the people who got invitations got emailed at around 9am Chicago time. I'm starting to think that invitations maybe be released each morning in one big batch. Can anyone prove me wrong?

Maybe... invites sent at 9am correspond to the decisions made the day before. Invites sent at 2pm to decisions made during the morning... But no tangible source to confirm this theory.

I just got an interview invite, also timestamped 1:40 EST.

A little bit about me for those interested:

Background: White, male, 30 years old
Undergrad: Big 10 state school
WE: 2 yrs internal consulting at small firm, 2 yrs consulting (Deloitte, E&Y, etc.), 3 yrs blue chip corp finance

Also, I submitted my application at 4:51PM CST, 9 minutes before the deadline.
