B? Honestly it looks too obvious,
the parallelism between "arctic climes" and "moderate zones" does not sound so good, but in absence of any other better option,
I would say B

Official Explanation :

The idiomatic error in the sentence is not only...they can also, instead of the correct not only...but also. Eliminate (A), (D), and (E), since these do not contain the proper idiom.

Choice (B) correctly changes they can also to but also.

Choice (C) incorrectly changes they can also to but they can also, so (C) can be eliminated. The correct answer is (B).

This is a Not only... But also problem.
A. Lacks "but also"
B. Correct
C. Lacks "found" in the "but also" part
D. Not only.... And is incorrect
E. Not only.... But..as well is incorrect.
