In that case, it should be "worker". But it could also modify the whole previous clause, and "Pensions" is plural, so it should be "workers"

Hi,
In option B, apart from subject verb agreement, is the usage of ONESELF correct?

Yes. While "oneself" does not agree with "worker," one can give oneself a raise or take care of oneself.
