Are you looking to get into a US-based MS Finance programs?
Long time ago, I attended NYU's MS in Applied Mathematics in Finance info session (while I was senior in college). Basically, most MS Finance programs admit small class every year. They basically accept two type of applicants - 1) applicants who are currently working on Wall St and they need the MS Finance degree for their job, or 2) applicants with strong math background directly out of college.
Professional resume is only relevant if you fall into category (1) described above because they will evaluate your application differently. If you are applying directly out of undergrad, you would need a strong math and science courses (plus high test scores) on your transcript....as a result, a resume is not really an important factor for applicants in this pool.
From what I can see from your resume, you wouldn't fall into the first category. So depending on which programs that you will be applying to, you need to inquire with that school's admissions office to see what type of applicant pool you would fall into.
