Satima,
Overall you have a truly nice profile. You are from a great industry, from a 'rare' applicant country... with an excellent undergrad GPA and real managerial and international experience. That plus your extras should give you more than enough material to give you a solid application.

You have two more steps to complete to make yourself a strong candidate:
1. GMAT - This is all important of course. Get a 700+ and you will be a far stronger candidate. Be prepared to take it more than once if you don't get the score you want.
2. Your application - Like I wrote the fact and numbers are there. Now you have to get out the STORY and connect it with your DREAMS.

Hi Jon,

Many thanks indeed for making time in order to review my profile.

GMAT is the main focus area of my application at the moment and I do hope that I will be able to obtain a solid score in the range of 650-700.

Indeed, once GMAT is mastered I will need to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together to be one step closer to my dreams

Appreciate your time and help greatly.

Sincerely,
satima
