Could anybody please Evaluate my profile:

Nationality: Indian
Age: 28
Educational Qualification: Electronics & Telecommunications Score : CGPA 8.43/10
GMAT Score: 690 (IR : 6, Quantitative: 49, Verbal : 34)
Work Experience: 5 years, 3 months with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an Indian IT company
International experience : 15 months of onsite experience in Japan
Role: Module leader, where in I am leading a group of 5-6 persons
Domain : Engineering and Industrial services (EIS), where my client is a car one of the biggest car company.
Extra Curricular: Trekking. I have not involved in much of extra-curricular activities in the past, but plan on doing so in the immediate future
Social service : Taking part in blood donation drive, helping poor with collection of materials for them etc.

I want to pursue and Executive MBA in finance want to start my MBA career, preferably in the next 6 months
Colleges : I have not done much research on colleges, but would like to get in a college which offers good MBA course in finance and where I have a good chance of getting a good job.

Could you please suggest some schools?

Also, if any more information is needed, please let me know.

Hi Vimal,

Thanks for your post. Are you interested in which MBA programs you should apply to, or ways in which you can improve your application?

About MBA programs and your interest in finance post-graduation, I recommend you attend a program in proximity to New York. The reason is, many of the program's alumni will be working in finance and can offer you opportunities. Location is an important factor in where you end up working post-graduation (particularly in finance, which is an industry with a large presence in New York City).
