I will prepare to take the GMAT but first I would like to know my options and your suggestions.

You have some good work experience, but schools will discount the work you had before graduation. Also your ACT conversion score is reallly low on the GMAT scale, so you would need to make up a large performance gap on the GMAT to go for the schools on your target list. Shoot for a 700 + and you will be in the ballpark. Make sure you post MBA vision weaves together what you have done in your past as well. Schools want to see a comprehensive vision which is progressively aspirational and has evidence of leadership and maturity of purpose.
