Hello dkumar2012

Definitely go for a GMAT retake- 720+ will be much needed to compensate for lower grad scores.
Even though your education is in the same field as a very large pool of applicants (IT) your work ex adds some brownie points as you are more closely involved with business than technical roles.
That said, you should showcase why you need an MBA since you already have a MIB and are working on the business side of things.
Your work related achievements sound good (hitting target, handling a large business)- bring out the real business impact of your contribution.
Couple of extracurricular also look interesting (especially training others) and you can have great stories coming from humble beginnings.
To conclude if you improve your score, you stand a fighting chance. Needless to say, success will depend on how well you tie up your stories in the essays.
