Thanks for writing! Can you clarify what your post-MBA goals are, and what geographies you're targeting for your MBA program and life after MBA?

Hi,
I would be applying in Round-1 and the deadlines are just around the corner. I would love to get advice on the colleges I should be looking at considering my profile.
Nationality: Indian
Gender: Female
Age: 24
GMAT: 710 (Q47, V40)
Professional Background
Organization: BYJU'S CLASSES ( India's largest Ed-Tech company also the highest funded educational platform in India. The first company to be funded by Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative in Asia. HBS has also done a case study on BYJU'S titled "BYJU's the learning app")
July 2015- November, 2015: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
I joined BYJU'S CLASSES as a Business Development Associate during it's developmental years when we still hadn't transitioned to an App Based learning and were focused more on traditional learning methodology-contact classes.
During this time I interacted with our prospective clients, arranged seminars in schools, counselled students and formed partnerships with various K-12 segment schools. Generating revenue for the company was my major responsibility during this time by getting students and schools on-board with BYJU'S.
I was the highest revenue generator for 3 months straight and also trained the new recruits during the later months of this period. AS a BDA I earned highest incentive that has ever been issued to an associate by the organization till date.
December 2015- Current: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Became Business Development Manager in December of 2015. Was the youngest manager in the company.
Generated over $10 million in revenue for the company.
I currently lead 2 separate teams of 50 people each. One of my teams works on a campaign that was designed an implemented by me and is currently the most streamlined and successful campaign that we run. It is also one of its kind in the entire country.
During my time as a Business Development Manager I have trained over 700 new recruits, mentored new managers while they transition from associates to managers, carried out pilot runs for many prospective campaigns all across the nation (some of extremely successful and some utter failures) apart from generating revenue.
Volunteering:
December 2017- March 2018:I have worked in an Ed-Tech company for near about three years now but I know the majority of Indian population has neither the knowledge nor the means to learn using "Apps and Internet"
I got in touch with Prabha Bharti, an NGO funded by TDH Germany, operating out of the Koderma district (poor, backward, struggling with almost a kind of internal civil war but growing none the less), and decided to experience the state of rural education myself.
During these 4 months I was involved with various activities from teaching the students (as well as the adults ) basic Mathematics and English to arranging funds for a school that was in dire monetary straits, organizing football camps for children and counselling as many families as possible ( On importance of education and sending children, including girls, to school)
This was an experience that made me decide to go for an MBA ( I had never given it a serious thought before ).
Academic History:
GPA: 6.78/10
College: Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal
Course: Bachelor of Technology
Stream: Civil Engineering
Also I understand that that my GMAT is on the lower side so I am open to giving it another shot.
