Round 3 last year was too late for international applicants to apply to. That could have been a key factor.
Other than that, your profile seems solid. The goals need a bit more explanation in terms of what you would want to do as it seems quite similar to what you are already doing. Why get an MBA, and what will be different/better about your post-MBA plans?
Feel free to get in touch directly for a quick chat and evaluation.

Hi shwethanand - Your GMAT score at 650 currently is not ideal. Look at a 30-50 point raise. This will also enhance your chances at other schools. - The other part in your profile which you will need to manage a bit is your story - you have moved around a lot in different functions/companies, and there needs to be a central focus on why you need the MBA and what you will do post-MBA.
Hope this helps. Feel free to come back with more queries as needed.

Looks really solid vakil sahab. Why are you not applying to a Kellogg/Cornell/Duke? On your queries: - The BALLB is certainly accepted. No worries there. - If you have a query on the percentage, get in touch with Rotman directly. This has not been a huge issue in the past.
A question from our side as well: - What are you looking for post-MBA? Why the MBA and what are your goals?

Hi Experts!
I'd like to kindly request you for your feedback on my profile. Here goes.
Background: Indian Male Age 27 GMAT 720 Industry: Consulting (Front end consulting role in one of the largest HR Consulting organizations in the world, typically held by Tier-1 MBA professionals)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi (CGPA – 7.0)
Work Experience: Total 4+ years (in india) Worked for over 2 years in a social sector consulting startup and 1 year in an election campaign strategy firm (a SuperPAC). Working in the strategic HR consulting for last 1 year.
Extra curriculars – Won international competitions and worked on two international projects in Europe. Worked as Coordinator in various campus festivals and a student association club.
Post MBA Goal – Work in MBB strategy consulting firms

Hi Sid5050 - Seems quite interesting overall. IIT + GMAT 720 helps. Your GPA is a bit low though. - The focus on consulting will need a closer look. Your experience has not been domain specific in consulting, so you might want to define a focus area. Would suggest you expand your ambitions beyond just MBB, as getting into MBB is always hard (though not impossible) if one is not coming from there in Canada. - Would need more details on your ECA. What were the competitions about? The campus festival thing will not count for much.
Hope this helps. Feel free to come back with more queries as needed or to get in touch directly for a chat.

Work experience: - 6.5 years with Big Australian Bank: I am currently working as a senior manager managing a team of 8 members involved in developing credit risk models using machine learning techniques for the Banks. The models are used for acquisition strategies and for the Capital calculations based on the Basel guidelines. - Have grown within the organisation (4 promotions in 6.5 years) - Have traveled to Melbourne(Twice for a duration of 2 months) to handle critical projects.
-2 years with a Global Bank headquartered in London.
Have traveled to London(one month Duration) to liaise with Moody's in order to understand the nuances of the product being sold to the Bank. Acted as an Subject Matter expert in dealing with the various stakeholders post the transition.
- 7 Months in Mu Sigma where I worked in Digital analytics.
International experience:
- Have traveled to different countries(5) on personal capacity apart from the above mentioned official trips.
Extra-Curricular Activities : - I am a FIDE Rated Chess player with an ELO rating of 1670. Have represented my organisation and my undergrad university in chess and Badminton tournaments. - Have a personal portfolio of stocks which have provided a 15%CAGR returns over 3 years. - Was part of the Toastmaster International and have won events while representing my district - I have been involved with the CSR groups in both the organizations.
Post-MBA plans: - I plan on leveraging my risk advisory/ banking experience in moving to the strategy consulting roles
Please let me know if I need to work on any aspect of my candidature for Rotman.
Are there any gaps (education/work ex) in your profile that you may have neglected to mention here?
Other than that, would suggest the following: - Your work-ex and GMAT seem ok. - On ECA, your chess achievements are excellent. Toastmasters/CSR may not count for much. The personal investment part is interesting too - what size of corpus have you managed? The ECA part of your candidature will require some more thinking. - On your goals, a move directly from banking to strategy consulting will be challenging. You have some excellent fin services experience - why move away post MBA?

Also i want to establish a regular logistic route to supply products available to every other part of world in to remote places in countires such as,indonesia,india(north- north east), and Some places in Africa and south america.
- Excellent Merchant Navy engineer profile. Kudos on your achievements. - The key areas to focus on for you will be: a) Positioning your goal realistically to B-schools (including Rotman, which have very little space to explain on the goals part). You are from the engineering side of the Merchant Navy, not the navigation side. This means that your goal and relevance of current skill-set will be questioned a bit. Yes, you do have global experience, and have seen global supply chains at play, but your core skill-set was less administrative/navigational and more technical. Choose schools carefully. b) Showcasing enough depth in extra-curriculars. While you have done some things, owing to the nature of your role, you cannot take out that much time for ECA as other people can. Making the most of what you have done will be important. - Other than this, GMAT is fine. The GPA is a bit low though. - Also go through this link as it might be relevant to you.
Hope this helps. Feel free to come back with more queries as needed or to get in touch directly for a chat.

Query 1: I know my GPA is not the best and neither is my GMAT, however, given the work experience I have and my CFA journey (cleared 2 levels, I am planning to leverage the same for admission into Rotman.
Query 2 : Do you think I should apply after clearing my level 3 so as to get the GMAT waiver?
Query 3 : I am planning to apply for fall 2020 so that I wouldn't waste much time if I get through. My level 3 exam is in June 2020. Do you think this makes sense? I am doing this so even if I get a ding, I would still be familiar with the admission process and would improve upon any short comings that I faced earlier.
Thank you for your post and for sharing your profile. You have a compelling profile with a strong GMAT for Rotman. You also have clear goals in understanding (i) why you require an MBA, and (ii) a clear post-MBA direction. The third component that is missing from your post is why Rotman.
As to your work experience, did you receive promotions while at WTW, or did you remain a Market Research Assistant? As to Evalueserve, I like that you have been awarded for your contributions. Have you received any promotions since you started your role at Evalueserve?
I would welcome speaking further about your profile offline. If interested, please reach out.

Your profile looks strong, what's your AWA score?
You should focus on writing the essay (spike factor) and focus on your extra curricular/interesting work experiences beyond the casual job responsibilities. For rotman, the spike factor always is make or break.
