Hi there!
Thanks for sharing your profile. Let’s tackle the questions you have posed one by one
1) Do I need WES for my degree, I checked free WES tool and that shows my BBA equals to 4 years Degree in Canada. In most instances, you will not need a WES. However, it is always a good idea to check with the school directly so there are no surprises.
2) Will my work experience count being an unregistered firm.Yes, that should not be a problem as long as you are able to clearly articulate your role and contributions at the firm.
3) will Gmat improve my current profile ?GMAT is one of the most objective aspects of your application and having a higher GMAT will definitely increase your chances of getting into a target school. It will also help offset the relatively low work experience to a certain extent so give it your best shot.
4) What Universities I can look for ?It is very tough to recommend universities without knowing your goals and the kind of work you have been doing. As a general rule, look into the resources and opportunities that the school provides and have conversations with alumni and current students to figure out a good fit for you.
5) What should be the deadline for getting my docs. ready for sep'20 intake ?Round 1 deadlines for most schools start around September so if all your documents are in order by then, you should be good to go. Note that you don’t require all the official documentation to apply. These are requested (if at all), after admissions.
6) Any other suggestions as you may deem fit.We would encourage you to think about your future goals and how these schools align with them. It is especially important since you are at the lower end of the work experience range for most of these schools. It is also important to remain aware of the timelines so you can plan well for the year. Just working on your application may take up to 2-3 months, try getting done with your GMAT not later than July.
