Hi abhishekg431,

You can shortlist schools, considering your post-MBA career goals, average GMAT score, geography you intend to work in etc. Your GMAT score is on the lower side and, although its’ not the only factor, it can limit your chances at good schools. I would say retake the test, and get at least 720-730. You’ll have more options at that score. Also, you need to keep in mind that European schools weigh international experience favorably.

Retake, my friend. And give it time too. 2 years isn't really enough experience, especially coming from IT.

As an Indian applicant from IT with a GMAT score like that you cannot be looking at top programs unfortunately. So my questions are basically the following:
1. Are you open to trying to improve your profile at all? By retaking the GMAT, waiting a bit with applying etc?
2. What is the reason you feel you need an MBA/MiF? Meaning what is your goal after the degree?

It depends on the collages you are targeting
If you are planning to apply for top collages, then you need to retake the GMAT
