Trying to bring my quant up, and this is what I have done so far.
Taken one actual GMAT! (Eye opener)
Finished the what to expect portion of Kaplan GMAT.
Finished two Chapters of
MGMAT Quant book 1, and 1
MGMAT diagnositic.
Trying to Strategize now, and this is what I have in mind.
I have a little over 3 months.
Finish Kaplan Premier Math Fundamentals Review. 2 Weeks.
Take Kaplan Premier Diagnostic Exam.
From Diagnostic Results, circle back briefly to problem areas using Kaplan Math Review section. 1 Week
Take
MGMAT CAT.
Finish
MGMAT Quant series 1-5 (a minimum of 1 Chapter a day) W/ OG12 questions. 7 weeks
Take
MGMAT CAT.
Circle back to
MGMAT series for problem areas from CAT. 1 Week.
Take GMAT PREP 1.
From Here on out I will circle back to
GMAT Club Tests on quant every two days, and take one test (reviewing problem areas.)
Finish Kaplan verbal section for review (hopefully push my already high verbal score up a few more points.)
Review some OG12 verbal questions.
Take
MGMAT CAT.
Review problem areas in verbal and quant one more time. 1 Week.
Take GMAT PREP 2.
GMAT Test day!
Is the time line too strict? My goal is to hit a simple overview of quant once using the Kaplan Premier as a guide, and then hit it really hard with the
MGMAT quant. I think the redundancy of reading similar material presented differently will help it stick. I will keep with the quant through the entire process and do a little sharpening on the verbal toward the end. My goal is a 700+ score.
Any suggestions?
