Topic:A company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near your community. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this new influence on your community. Do you support or oppose the factory? Explain your position.

I live in very good community. The neighborhood is quiet. People of my community are kind and helpful. I have heard that one company is going to build a factory in my community. I never support a factory in my community. I feel this way for many reasons. First reason is that a factory will pollute our environment. Second reason is that it will create many other problems such as traffic problems, shortage of parking spots. For these reasons, I feel that a factory should not be built in my community.
To begin with, environment will be polluted by a factory. We all know that factories produce smokes. These smokes are emitted in the environment. If there is a factory in our community, it will pollute our environment by smoke. Furthermore, it will create many noises because of its machineries. I live in a quiet community, and factory can damage my community by air pollution and noise pollution. It is not good for people who live there. To stay healthy, everyone needs a clean air and the healthy environment.
Secondly, a factory will create traffic problems. Many workers will work in a factory. They will come to work with their vehicle. It will create a traffic problems. There will be other vehicles for importing and exporting the products of a factory. It also will create more traffic. It is not be safe for children because of these problems. Moreover, our community is small. Streets and roads are narrow and parking spots are less. If there will be a factory in our community, there will be more vehicles. People who live in my community may get trouble to find a parking spot.
I agree that a factory will bring more job opportunity. Other companies may also want to build a factory in future around this factory. Many people may get jobs because of these. However, disadvantages of a factory are more over the advantages.
To sum it up, I oppose a factory in my community. This is because it will pollute the environment and it will create traffic problems. It will also affect the safety of my community. I feel that other people of my community also will support me.
