Or they could just upload all decisions at same time in the morning then phone admitted students one by one for personal congratulations + delivery of scholarships news if any? Less "exciting" that way but saves so much agony/distress/anxiety for most applicants...

Yes, less exciting (that's the way HBS and Duke do theirs, though Duke changed for R2) but talk to anyone who waited and waited and received that phone call...those few minutes are some of the best minutes of their lives.

I guys I am on the plane to NY for an other interview... Hopefully I got some wifi, but I do not know if I got a call. So i can only rely on the forum and my emails.

I'm on the WL from R1 and waiting to hear...and this painful. They sent out the R1 status updates at 12.12pm ET, so I'm surprised we're waiting so long here...

When you guys log into the online application, what does it say? Mine has a link for "Application for Admission (Deadline Has Passed)" and then another group headed with "Submission Status: Submitted" and then another group with "Recommendation Providers". But the link with my decision from R1 (where it had a letter telling me I was waitlisted) was gone. Is this normal?

That was my thought as well. I would think by now that much more would have reported acceptances, so they must still be calling, no? Although we haven't heard of any new calls for at least an hour on this forum, so who the heck knows.

Let us even say that 10 people have not updated their status, then there should be still around 25 admits left! But I have given up the hope already!

I dont think Wharton will botch the status changes like Kellogg did last week. I mean, everyone found out whether they were in or not by 2 AM of the decision date...

at least you're into Darden--congrats! my significant other went there, and he always talks about how it was like 2 years of bootcamp, but amazing.
