Hi Guys - Please join me in welcoming AW2016 as a Thread Master for Questrom MBA Thread. We are thrilled to have him on the site and joining the Thread Master ranks. He joined GMAT Club community six months back and has since then demonstrated leadership and helpfulness in forum discussions. He got admitted to Questrom in R2 last year and will be attending its full time program in this fall.

If anyone has any questions about Questrom's school forum, deadlines, school stats, feel free to PM him. For now, welcome him and wish him best of luck as the ThreadMaster.

There are two upcoming on-campus information sessions for 2017 applicants:

Evening Information Session

The evening information sessions provide a broad introduction to Boston University Questrom School of Business MBA Programs. Sessions include:

An overview of program offerings and admissions process
A question-and-answer session with current students
An informal reception following the presentation

The next session will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Register

Mini Information Session

The Mini Information Sessions provide an overview of MBA programs, are typically led by a current Two-Year MBA student, and are limited to 10 people. When visiting campus, you are encouraged to pair a mini information session with a class visit.

Sessions include:

A presentation on our MBA programs
A question-and-answer session
An optional tour of the School’s state-of-the-art Hariri Building

The next session will be held Monday, August 15, 2016 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Register

I am applying, but have one concern: the deposit date. For the first round, the deposit deadline (if admitted) is early Feb.

I am retaking GMAT and applying to some top schools in the second round, they will notice me of their decision by the end of Mar, so if I apply to Questrom and get admitted for the first round, I must answer yes or no before getting all other results.

I might just apply to Questrom for the 2nd round then

hey guys! I am a re applicant! My questions is can I submit the same essay with slight tweaks or do I have to right a whole new essay?
I don't see any point in writing a new essay as my goals and career progression so far remains the same . plus I have the re applicant essay to mention a few achievements during this one year! what are your thoughts? Anybody?

Have you contacted an admissions advisor for advice? Some schools give feedback to re-applicants so they can strengthen their chances of admission the second time around. I'm not sure if BU is one of them.
